Managing Director
Morgan Maloney has been leading food system change through nonprofit, government, and business for a decade. Her experience includes sustainable agriculture, strategy, change management, operations, and regional food systems. Prior to joining Conservation Innovation Fund, Mrs. Maloney founded Sowing Strategies, LLC, to help clients improve the food system for farmers and families. Previously, she connected local farmers to institutional markets through Farm to School at Fairfax County Public Schools Food and Nutrition Services. Mrs. Maloney also consulted for the Bainum Family Foundation's Food Security Initiative, advising on their new investments in the local foodshed. Before that, she developed farm education programs and grew food as the Farm Education Director at the Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food & Agriculture.
Mrs. Maloney holds a BS in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University and an MBA with a certificate in Sustainable Business from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
